Hello,
I have heard that when a person starts exercising and dieting, some weight gain comes. I'm eating a deficit of calories and I put on 4 pounds. I didn't change my weight input because I am only going to update this once a week.
Does anyone know how long this initial increase will reduce? I am patient but I'd just like some idea...like does it take 2-3 weeks or usually about a week..or more?
Thank you so much
