How much exercise is enough?

Hi again!

So this is a question I've been wondering about for a while now.
How much exercise is actually enough? How does one know when it's enough?
Does 'enough' even exist?

I've heard people say that all you really need is 30 minutes a day, I've heard other people say it's 10 minutes, I've heard other people say you can't expect results with only 30 minutes, you have to be active all the time.
Opinions?
What exercises do you guys do, too?
I've personally been doing 30DS + elliptical lately, but I feel like it's too little work.

Time doesn't matter. It depends on what your goals are. Cardio is going to create a larger calorie deficit, so longer cardio intervals equals more calories burned. With weight lifting, you do an appropriate amount of sets with an appropriate amount of reps and weight. It varies from person to person. So, there's no "right amount" of exercise time, though with warming up and cooling down I can't see ten minutes doing much of anything.
