    A European or African swallow?
I can't stop staring at your torso. And I'm also wondering what kind of a watch that is.

Everyone has pretty much already answered or made a smart @$$ comment ;-) but to give you a good example of why all cups are not created equal weight wise, think of popcorn and beef and imagine 1 cup of each. Hopefully you can imagine the weight would be vastly different.

Is that with a dry measure cup or a liquid measuring cup?

You can't pour muscle, but fat will pour when it's hot enough... It's probably better to go with a dry measure, I suppose. You know, for consistency.
