Trying to Lose 5kgs in 5 weeks!

Hi everyone!
Im 18 5ft7 and 68 kgs, desperately trying to get down to 63 kgs in 5 weeks time so im ready for my holiday in sunny Florida! Would love to have a great group of friends online to help motivate each other! :) x

    You're already a healthy weight for your height, so a 0.5-1 lb per week loss is more realistic. You're not going to lose 2 lbs per week without doing something to your body that you'll regret.

    Eat a modest deficit, drink plenty of water, lift weights 3 times a week and do cardio twice a week, and you'll lose some weight and inches in time for your holiday. It probably won't be 5kgs, but it'll be something and you'll still look great on your holiday. More importantly, you'll feel great as well.

    Hi kgeyser,

    Thank you for all your advice :) I know i don't have too much to lose but I go to the gym 5 times a week and do two sessions of bodypump so hopefully like you say ill be able to shed a few inches and a couple of kilos before i go :)

    If I ate
    Breakfast: Special K cereal Bar or a banana
    Lunch: Salad tomatoes couscous and wafer thin chicken with 2 tbsp of salad cream. An apple and 100grams of 0% fat greek yogurt
    Snack: 1 caramel snack a jack
    Dinner: Birds eye crispy chicken, 1 sweet potato and vegetables with 2 tbsp salad cream. An apple and 100 grams of 0% fat greek yogurt
    snack: cup of tea with skimmed milk

    Is this a good diet to help me lose around 5kgs in 5 weeks? :)
