  • I would also like to join. I'm currently stationed overseas, and am having a hard time adjusting... I could use all the help I can get. I have a fitness test in about 8-10 weeks... my goal is to make higher than a 95% on it. Looking forward to this. Thanks for the opportunity. :)

    I'd like to join. I'm on a good stretch logging, but have been in kind of a rut on the scale. New group for accountability would be good to keep me from getting discouraged. I'm just starting with an IF regimen and hoping to start running too. I should be able to average the 30 minutes x 5, but there may be a couple 20 minute days for me.

    This is exactly what I need: accountability! Now that baby number four is five weeks old, I need to lose the baby weight I gained with him, plus the 20 pounds I never lost from the other three.
