Hi there,
I have noticed that if I eat primarily fruit during the day then I end up eating proper portions and feeling lighter and losing weight steadily. If I ensure that my macros are okay then can my diet be mainly fruit and vegetables? Even with a health background, I am still a bit unsure lol. My goal is to lose about 30 lbs and tone up and maintain
Thanks in advance

As long as you're getting all your micros too, sure. If your goal is to tone up after you've dropped the excess weight, it's important to get enough protein and to lift weights on a progressive load. Good luck.0

If you establish balance (Getting adequate protein, sodium, etc) then you should be fine.0
