Hi,
Ive been on my weight loss journey for about 2 yrs with a little over 50 lbs lost. With family, school, and work I've fallen off the wagon and just can't seem to stay on. I got a flyer for this new exercise, nutrition and caoch program called Solider Fit. I'm going to observe tonight and get all the details. I just wanted to know if any of the pals have tried it?
