I'm sure this has been posted a million times before, so I apologize in advance :P. But I keep hearing everyone saying to eat back burned calories. Then why are we burning them? I usually try to eat around 14/1500 calories. Is that too much to net if I eat them back? Idk. Just seems kinda pointless to me but what's the reasoning behind it and should I eat them back or not? Oh! And I'm looking for more friends btw! Feel free to add me!

More than a 500 Calorie deficit per day is really not good for you. That's really all this is. If you figure out what calorie level you need to eat to hit a healthy deficit, then add exercise on top of that, it throws you into the unhealthy zone.0
