Very very small victory.....but feels so good!

I've been on MFP for some time, but it wasn't until fairly recently that I got serious. Early December I joined my local gym, got a trainer and got on track. The "gym" portion is on the upper level and has two flights of stairs to get to it. When I first started I would have to hold the railing and only use one leg to climb the stairs....it was painful. Climbing those stairs felt like a workout! This morning I went to the gym and realized that I was climbing and decending the stairs like normal. Quickly alternting between both legs. It was beyond awesome!!!! Feeling strong
