Need some tips

What are your tips for staying within your calorie goal and not starving all day? My calorie goal is set for me to lose 2 pounds a week which is very reasonable since I have a lot of weight to lose. It seems nearly impossible to only eat 1500 calories and not starve all day. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!

    lots of water
    eating less calorie dense foods
    thick protein shakes for when the hunger gets really bad (~100 cals for 30 g of protein)
    exercise (directs blood flow away from the stomach)

    it'll get easier as you go, i rarely feel hunger anymore unless i forget to pack my lunch and cant eat at work

    Are you working out? IF so are you eating back your exercise cals?

    Protein, fiber and fat. I try to balance my meals and snacks to try and have some of each. I also eat most of my calories for breakfast and lunch. My dinner tends to be small.
