    IIFYM, eat it....

One snickers didn't make you fat, just like one salad won't make you thin.

It's not "caving" if you plan for it. If you want a snickers (or maybe a mini) just make it fit into your day. You'll just drive yourself crazy if you deprive yourself of the foods that you love!

I never had a sweet tooth UNTIL I lost all the weight :grumble: Now I'm constantly on the prowl for chocolate and candy. Luckily, I've found some more reasonbly priced protein bars that just seem like really filling candy bars to me. They definitely help me curb the cravings and hit my protein goals- win, win!

I forgot to mention I'm allergic to a lot of the ingredients...so its not just a matter of fit the calories but avoiding the inflammation responses with it.
I have a huge sweet tooth and the Kind Dark chocolate bars are my go to.. but left home without it this morning :(

Why would you eat something that makes you ill? That I just don't get?

I crave chocolate bars too. Usually the satisfaction you THINK you are going to get from having it isn't worth how crappy you feel for giving into the temptation. I know we shouldn't deprive ourselves either but giving into our temptations one too many times usually the reason we have the extra weight. But, if you really want it then just work it into your calories or burn it off with excercise that way you can have it guilt free.
