My name is Rachel and I joined MFP a year ago at 183 lbs (I'm 5'2). I lost 24 lbs. ( and felt awesome!) and decided to take a break from logging. Big mistake. After the holidays and quitting smoking, I gained back 17 of those lbs. Well, here I am again a year later at 176. I am a SAHM to two girls aged 2 and 4. I do not have access to a gym so I rely on work out dvd's, walks with my girls and am interested in getting in to running. I also set my calories higher this time. I was at 1200 before which worked great but I wasn't able to maintain it for more than 6 months. I am open to any advice and would love support!
