Hello everyone
So this is what I'm planning on eating everyday. I need to lose 20 pounds so, please leave any tips and let me know what you think!
What I plan on eating:
Breakfast:
- 1 original Quaker instant oats made w/ 180ml semi skimmed milk
- Handful blueberries
- 1 tsp natural honey
Lunch:
- 2 slices wholemeal bread w/ 2 tsps bertolli olive oil spread
- 1/3 pack wafer thin turkey
- lettuce, cucumber etc
Snack:
- 1 muller light yoghurt (only 90 calories woo..)
- 1 small apple/orange
Dinner:
Literally whatever is cooked in my house. However I have been encouraging my family to cook healthier so nothing is really that fattening or calorie dense!
Exercise:
- 25-50 mins walking (mod pace)
- Minimum 20 mins Zumba (wii game)
I drink NOTHING but water or a variety of teas
Do you think I'll be successful if i stick to this? Obviously not eating this every single day but you get it!
Thank youuuu

Hi first you need to determine what is the amount of calories you should eat a day to meet your objective.
You should weight your food precisely with a scale and add the calories to your journal. This way you will know how much you ate and can adjust to meet your goal.0
