Hi....I've dine weight watchers fir 3 years and been at goal for 18 months ???????? but its slowly going up ???? so I've taken up bike ridding and I'm doing the c25k...????

Just remember to try your hardest! If you have time to complain about your weight then you have time to lose weight!!!! Support and motivation are important! Find friends that will go riding with you, or find someone you know who has lost weight and they can even help you!
