Seriously need de-stressing :(

I could not be more stressed out if I tried!! I have a holiday coming up in 6 weeks & I just look hideous in everything I put on. On top of that I'm coming toward the end of my college year which I am 99.99999% sure I will definitely fail!! & this week has just generally been disastrous in every way, I've been feeling so down about everything, which of course has led to a lot of comfort eaten, which has then made me more stressed and upset because I never stick to anything! Everything seems to be popping up and completely fxcking me over all at once! I have generally had enough!
Does anyone have any good strategies to stop comfort eating? I've never felt so disappointed in myself! Sorry I'm just kind of ranting to myself here too I guess..

Not being dirty here but a good professional massage and a hot bath followed by a good night's rest should do the trick!0

Take a deep breath & exhale.
Make appointments to talk to your tutors/professors about your concerns regarding your course. They may be able to help you or give you extensions on coursework if you need it.
Stop trying on your holiday clothes you have 6wks till then - no point in freaking over it.
Talk to friends/family/school counsellor about the things that are worrying you currently.
STOP beating yourself up! No one is perfect. No one can do everything all of the time. You have a lot going on right now.
Address the above issues first & I'd imagine the cause of your binge eating triggers may decrease with the stress. :flowerforyou:0 -
I am a stress eater. BAD!! The best thing I have come up with is little emergency packs. These packs contain pre-planned junk/healthy-ish foods. I suggest you junk it out how ever you'd like within reason.. Do it when you aren't stressed and go to it when you are. You now have control on a situation that you've felt like you don't. Eat 1 thing or eat several. its already been rationally thought out.
As for everything else... Life comes at you fast. Make a list, prioritize, and tackle it one thing at a time.0
