Hello you lovely inspirational people!
I've been trying to lose and keep off the same 14-20Ibs for about 15 years. I lose it, gain it back, lose it.....you get the idea. It's driving me mad. I only need to eat without awareness and stop exercise for about 3 weeks and it creeps back on. It then take me about 3 months to lose it again. I'm turning to myfitnesspal in an attempt to once again take control.
I would love to make friends with people who experience this too, anyone who is willing to offer any help or advise or just anyone that wants to be friends with me :-) I am constantly on the move around the world as I work in ski resorts so follow the winter, this means I lack routine and often gain the weight back during my time off in between ski seasons. I love exercise but am often limited to snow sports or workouts I can do on my own in my small room as often the resorts are isolated without gyms, fitness centres, pools etc. And finally the biggest challenge I face is that I work around lovely free flowing food and wine all day!!
I'm often quite isolated with little support or work out buddies so would love to meet people on here to help me stay motivated during those long cold winter months! Lets be friends!
