I live in a tiny tiny house. There is no way to do the gym anymore either.

Ive been reading and reading how awesome weight training is for toneing. So I want to give it a shot. Is this something I can do from home. What do I need? Im on my last few lbs so now it time to tone the flab and shed the last of the fat!! Thank you :)

If you can't use equipment, then do a body weight strength program. You Are Your Own Gym, or Body By You, or Convict Conditioning.

Make sure you take the progressions in the programs seriously. It's not strength training if you don't do the progressions.

Building muscle and losing fat don't happen efficiently at the same time. It's hard to build strength and muscle tone without a calorie surplus, specifically consisting of lots of protein. You really need a proper gym to strength train properly. Building muscle efficiently requires lifting heavy weights and body weight training will only get you so far. If you really have no way to get to a gym, you can do do a lot of different exercises with just one pair of adjustable weight dumbbells. Resistance bands are cheap and will also allow to add variety to your routine. Honestly though you will see the best results training in a gym with proper equipment. Good luck!
