Refuel Day

I currently on a 2500/ day cal with 40/40/20% P/F/C This comes out to about 250g of proten, 11g of Fat and 125g of carbs. I am lifting for about 90 minutes a day/ 6 days a week and since Im in a cut, I have been doing 15-20 min of cardio 6-7 days a week.

I have been maintaining this for about 6 weeks now. I have cut 13 pounds and am almost as my goal, but lately I have been feeling exhausted and I feel like I am going backwards with lifting. I have heard of refuel days. Not cheat days, but days you consume more calories than usual.

I tried this today by basically, taking one day out of my bulk diet and eating 3500 calories of *mostly* clean food. (lunch was a bacon cheese burger and a salad). Everything else was super clean (feel free to check out my diary).

How often is it recommended to do this? Is once in six weeks too much/too little? Is this feeling of blah normal during cutting?

Thanks for any insight.
