How many ounces of chicken did I eat!

I had a piece of grilled chicken tonight, but I have no idea how many ounces this would be. It was about 1 inch in height, 3 inches wide, and 3 inches tall. Hahah... yeah so if someone has any clue to how many ounces that would be, if you'd let me know, that would be great.

    i would say about 4 oz? that sounds like a pretty normal serving to me

    get a food scale, Target sells them . the measurment of food raw vs. cooked can be very differnt

    Sounds to me between 4-6oz. Definitely get a food scale. It's the best investment I've made.
