Hello everyone, I'm new to this site but not to the the fitness thing. I've been watching my diet and working out for 1 year now and still going. Before I started I was at 205 pounds and looking like rolly polly. I've managed to make some good progress but still have work to do. I love talking nutrition and exercise so if anyone wants to chat, needs inspiration, support, motivation or wants to share some info/tips, say hi to the new guy. =)
