Achilles Problem

Help... I have been doing really well increasing my running to 8 miles on my longest run of the week, 2 weeks ago I pulled something in my achilles and cannot currently run and have reduced my dog walks from 4 miles to .75 Mile( poor beasties)...

Please can I have advice about what I can do instead before I put back on all the weight I have lost this year!

    Had a quick look and far beyond my pocket at the moment..... Am penny counting with a vengeance!

    I've got the same problem right now. I just wrap it up really tightly and try to go light on the foot, but I think I might have to completely stop working out for a while because today's workout was very rough on me. If you keep working out, you could develop scar tissue and it will take a very long time to heal. I'm going on holiday soon and I don't want to be in pain the whole time!
