Sculpted Arms - Jennifer Aniston/Cameron Diaz

Hi all,

For the longest time, I've always dreamed of having beautifully toned/sculpted arms like Jennifer Aniston. Even at a much lower weight, with lots of low weight/high reps, I wasn't able to achieve the look. Now that I feel like my mind is on a mission, once & for all, I'm hoping I can make this dream come true.

Can someone please help me as to what I need to incorporate into my workout routine? And what changes will I need to make nutritionally?

The goal is to have a long, lean, delicate look versus, short and bulky.

Thanks!

you just need to reduce your bodyfat more to have more 'toned' arms.

    A calorie deficit.

The usual advice is: 1) eating the right number of calories, 2) being more active (cardio, sports, etc), and 3) full-body strength training. It's best to follow a good strength program, or work with a trainer - don't create your own workouts. Popular programs here are NROL and Stronglifts.
