hey i love pasta salad so i was wondering if anyone here knows a good recipe for it in a healthy way(if there is such a thing!) i don't know if there is one posted in the recipes, but i figured this may be easier than trying to read through all of them. thanks in advance!

Probably if you just use Barilla vegetable pasta (penne for instance) add a low calorie or low carb dressing and then dress it up with black olives, fresh garlic (I have to have garlic in everything :flowerforyou: ), chopped green onions, celery or zuchini or cucumber, red bell peppers, marinated artichoke hearts (or the ones in water); that's for a start.0

You can also use Whole wheat pasta too. It is also better for you than reguler pasta.0

I don't know how many calories, but I do know it came from Fitness magazine
8 oz whole wheat pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 cup sliced green onion
1/3 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
3 tbsp. fresh basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
1 4 oz pkg crumbled fat free feta cheese
Cook pasta.
Drain.
Lightly coat skillet w. cooking spray.
Heat over medium high heat.
Add garlic, cook 15 sec.
Stir in tomatoes, onions, olives, basil and pepper,
Heat thru.
In a large bowl toss pasta, olive oil, veg. mixture and cheese.
