Morning y'all! Been on this site for a few months now and would love to get more involved with making friends for motivation and support....going both ways of course! Getting really serious about this lifestyle change and would love to hear new suggestions about beating plateaus and keep on keeping on! So if this sounds good to anyone, I'd love to hear from you. Either way, good luck on your journey!!!

GREAT, thanks guys!!! Little history....I've lost 32 lbs since July 12th. Been doing a low sugar/white flour diet and reduced my alcohol intake greatly. Not that I drank a lot but am a huge fan of craft ales and they really pack on the calories. Just started adding exercise and drinking 8 waters a day. It's a huge lifestyle change but definitely for the better! Would love to stay motivated to keep it coming off and STAY OFF! I've yo-yo'd too many times and want this bad this time Happy for the support and look forward to helping you stay motivated as well0

Your story caught me eye because you have been so successful with cutting back on white flour/sugar. I am trying to do the same. The longer I go without, the better I feel, honestly. I know what you mean by craft beers... my husband is a fan. Wine is more of my vice, though.0

GREAT! Always looking for people in the same boat. It was hard in the beginning but really working for me. I have a small cheat now and again but make sure I account for everything.....it is SO important. Good luck!0
