Mini Success on body fat

So...I started this weight loss journey about 6 weeks ago when step on the scales and read the highest number ever. Being in the military it's hard to keep a job while you’re fat. I went to the dietarian and got some pointer and she turned me on to this site. The people here are great and looking at before and after pics is great motivation for me. Now I'll share my two trips to the bodPod (a machine that measures body fat)
First trip (10 Sept 10)
Fat Weight: 97.0 lbs
Lean weight: 171.5
Total weight: 268.5
Percent fat: 36.1
Second trip (today)
Fat Weight: 76.4 (minus 20.6lbs)
Lean Weight: 170.5 (minus 1 lb)
Total Weight: 246.9
Percent Fat: 30.9
So in six weeks I've loss 5.2% body fat. Most all of the 21.6 pounds I've loss have been fat....not the good lean weight. If anyone cares to see I have a few pics on my profile. Thanks to everyone for keeping me motivated...rock on

WOW, nice job! You should be proud of yourself! I'm always wondering if I'm taking the fat and not lean muscle away. Have to do a BMI, haven't thought of that....helping me already0
