My weight loss

Hello Everyone, I hope you all are well.
Well I am 19 years old and currently around the 120/125lbs mark, I am only 159cm or 5,2 and was around 95/100lbs six months ago so I would like to get back down to there again. I have tried a 1200 calorie diet with exercise for a month or two and it didn't work, I lost nothing, I gained muscle but that isn't what I want, I already have enough, anyway I am eating 800/1000 calories a day from today and was wondering on how much weight you would think I could lose in a month or two? I am working out 4 days a week for 45minutes to a hour (walking 5mph or running), I need to lose weight and I was happy with the weight I was.
Advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Have a grand day everyone and thank you again.

I'm also 5'2, but I weigh more than you. You should absolutely not be eating 800-1000 calories. That is way too low and you're not giving your body the proper nutrition it needs. I'm eating 1700 calories, exercise and steadily losing weight.
If you did 1200 calories and weren't losing weight, then there was an error in the numbers. My guess is you're not logging accurately and not weighing your food. Start there. Weigh your food, log it consistently and accurately everyday. Lose weight. It works, truly it does. But cutting your calories so low is not healthy, nor is it the way to do it. You should probably be eating 1400+ calories, depending on how much exercise you're doing.
And lastly. 95-100 lbs is underweight for 5'2. 105 lbs should be the lowest you go, as that's the bottom of a healthy BMI. As it stands, you're already in a healthy BMI, so any weight loss you do have is going to take a LONG time.0 -
I agree. You should be eating at least 1200 cal/day. What are your macro goals? Also, how are you exercising? Is it just cardio or are you doing weight lifting as well? Do you track your body fat %? If you've added muscle, perhaps 100 lbs is now too light for you.
