Hi everyone,
Just signed up today on a friend's recommendation and have to say what a great tool this website provides.
This will help keep track enormously as I know I don't eat enough but never kept count before. Have been doing the workouts but not getting enough calories so I guess the fat has mostly gone but some of the muscle has also been eaten up.
The tool is excellent as it includes the supplements I am taking like whey to gain extra protein after exercise and those products are also listed making it even easier to track.
My aim is to put on at least 20 pounds, hopefully mostly muscle and to be able to easily keep track with this will help me try and achieve my goal.

I have about 28 lb's to lose you can have that if you like :laugh:
But seriously this is a really good site, and you will get encouragement for losing weight as well as gaining weight.
