Help with my weight stall

Hiya I'm currently having a bit of a weight stall which is so off putting.
I lost 1 1/2 stone doing slimming world but I never ate much as I found it a bit confusing so I turned to my fitness pal and lost another stone eating 1200 calories but now I'm I'm bobing up and down 2lbs should I eat less calories or excersise more than twice a week or wait it out for a miracle :-S

    I had a similar problem some time ago and was advised by Friends to check the BMR and TDEE settings.

    I did this on the http://www.fat2fitradio.com/ site using the tools there.

    Turns out by working out the calories allowance on there I wasn't eating enough. Took some time to get my head around this, but it did actually work after a couple of weeks at new settings.

    Might be worth a try as 1200 may not be enough for you.
