Stretching how-to resources

Hi everyone,
I just recently had my yearly physical. All my stats were good blood work wise, but I do need to lose weight and get in better physical condition.

The main concern the doctor has was my lack of flexibility. (My ability to stretch is comparable to trying to bend a 2x4 board).

Any good resources or references for proper stretching for all over body?
