Food IS NOT the answer!

Yes - a low carb/fat diet and over-exertion can cause moodiness and feeling rundown.

But - if you turn to a binge for COMFORT and a solution, then you will miss your mark.

First - deal with the emotions. Do not turn to food until you gain a sense of happiness. What a difference it will make.

Turn to (call, text...) a trusted individual who can talk you through your "low period", and every once in a while reward them with a small gift for being there for you.
