Brussel Sprout, Feta, and Tomato salad - 125 cal serv

Okay, so last night I was almost out of calories due to over eating. I made this healthy and filling dinner!

I took 20 frozen petite brussel sprouts and steamed them.
Then cut each of them in half.
Put some Pam in a pan and cooked them until they were slightly burnt (just my preference)
Then I put them in a bowl with 1 oz of President Fat Free Feta
And threw in some cherry tomatoes
Add hot sauce, garlic salt, and pepper

This was about 125 calories for a full bowl of food!
