Usually once a day, just so I can log daily fluctuations and have an average for the week.0

Once a week, every Monday at the same time each week, usually before my evening workout.0

I want to only do it once a week but I find myself stepping on there every day. I think once a week is good though.0

Once a week, skipping the one before the red river flows.0

I like to weigh daily (same time each morning). Doing this I feel helps my daily motivation, plus averaging the measurements over a week helps to minimize effects from variation in water retention and give a better picture of what is really going on.0

I'm doing daily as I just bought a new toy (fitbit aria) and hook it into trend weight. But usually every 2 weeks with body measurements0

Once in a week or 10 days, unless I KNOW I've lost a significant amount in less than a week after a weigh-in. Then I do the obsessive thing and check. And I'm usually right.0

weekly. When your body changes calories need to change also.0

I like to go several days without weighing. I usually end up weighing about twice a week and tracking it on here on Saturdays so I don't bombard my feed with every .1 pounds lost.0

for me once a month. I use the way my clothes fit to judge. I get bent out of shape when the scale reads more than I think it should or when it is less then I want to celebrate and that usually means overeating. I gotta work on that!!!0

Daily, but I don't take much stock in an overnight change. If my weight goes up 2 lbs overnight-eh, who cares? Clearly I didn't ear 7000 lbs over my maintenance so I don't freak out.
I just find that sometimes whatever day I lose weight kinda shifts around, so if I did it weekly I'd get disappointed. More of a data collection thing than anything else (that's the engineer in me talking)0 -
