    Using a FitBit One to track my steps daily and push me to park farther away and get the steps where I can
    Office /desk job, working 10-12 hours a day
    Cardio 3 times a week
    Weights at least once, usually twice. Need more direction in the weights department because I don't know what will help me
    Eating 1400-1600 a day, logging 75% of the time (hard to count my dance nights properly, but my big issue is desk eating at work - get me away from my desk and I'm much more disciplined)

    I need to get better with strength training. Do very little now... I do treadmill or neighborhood walks or running in place on my trampoline (mini) for cardio & general activity. Eat 1400-1600, weight & log consistently.

    Hi everyone. would love more MFP friends, especially people who have a similar amount to lose and/or have health issue that have/do impact on their weight (gain & loss). I'm from the UK but don't mind where in the world you are.

    My stats are:

    33
    5ft 2"
    Intl SW - 201lbs
    (this time round) SW - 218lbs
    CW - 212lbs
    UGW - Max 133lbs incl some lean muscle mass

    Health issues include - a congenital heart condition, chronic severe back pain & chronic migraines & diagnosed in 2013 with Atrial Flutter (which is what caused me to be house-bound for 9 months)

    I am also working on getting my fitness & stamina levels back up having spent 9 months of 2013 house-bound & once my fitness/stamina levels are back up a bit I want to start doing some work with weights, I'm not too fussed about being able to lift HEAVY but would like to get to where I was in 2008/2009 when I could easily lift 25kg sacks of animal feed.
