Lacking on my Ninja's!

Hi everyone! Like a lot of people on this website, I am new. I'm trying to get keep my motivation strong but I need more friends on here to keep me doing so. I'm 22, female, trying to get lean. I have not struggled with being over weight or anything like that, I've always been active but always seem to loose my motivation after so long of doing good. I would like to completely change my lifestyle from eating mediocre , and working out very little, to working out 6 days a week and eating "clean." I like to read about other peoples stories and find inspiration through what other people have been through. Lets be friends on here, and get fit TOGETHER. Because even when working for yourself, it always feels better to have a Ninja by your side just in case you need some back up! ;)
