Chicken Baked Strips

My son loves breaded chicken strips can someone share a healthy receipe thanks in advance.

    Coat them in egg whites then panko crumbs. So good.

    That is exactly what I was gonna suggest. I love Panko crumbs.

    i have an oiless fryer and I will coat them in Parmesan and cook them it in that. I've also coated them with a million other things. As I never have breadcrumbs when the "i want chicken strips" request comes in. It's fun to experiment. :)
