I'm a 29 m, weighing in at 14 stone 5 lb ish atm, 6'3".

I used to go to the gym 3 x time per week, got fairly strong but always had high bf (around 25%+, maybe 30%).

I scare myself with my weight, go on a dedicated diet, gradually fall off the wagon and end up where i was. Suffering sciatica for a while also put me back, i did manage to sort this out though (2 years without an episode).

I need to do it this time, want to get down to 13 stone, maybe less.

I'll be training here and there but most has to be diet - i have a long hour job and 14 week old son.

So, had a few strong days, need to keep it up.
