Forgot to log exercise

What do you do if you forget to log your exercise for the day and it caused you to go over your allowance? Would you add it to another day's, or just write it off? It hasn't actually happened, but for some reason I was thinking about it earlier.

Can't you just go back in your diary and log it?0

Just go back to your diary for that day and add it.0

You can go back and add or edit things the next day or even a few days later under either your food or exercise diary. No worries!0

Or, you can just not worry about it and recognize that the 300-500 calories you burned during that session isn't going to make an overall difference in the grand scheme of things.0

Thanks for that. At the moment I've been under my allowance cos of the exercising I'm doing, but just as I was about to post them the other day - when I was over - I remembered that I hadn't logged it down, so I actually ended up in credit.0
