Quitting sodas, and just eating at home

It's helped me so far. I quit the sodas and started drinking water. I don't eat out hardly at all now---due to the high calorie content and fried foods. I do most of my cooking at home now---- healthier and cheaper. My stomach has gone down and no more bloating and irritability. Plus water flushes all the toxins out of your body. Good luck with your journey! You can do it!! :happy:

I agree that calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight - so if OP is drinking 'a lot of coke' and it is non diet coke and she then drinks water instead of ( random guess) 4 cans of coke per day, this will go a long way to reducing her calories to the right level.0
