Friendless newbie!

Hi everyone,
I'm new here, joined to help me keep track of what I eat (turns out I eat too much sugar which I probably knew already but was in denial!) and motivate me to increase my fitness levels. I've always done some sort of cardio (dancing, tennis, swimming etc) but recently started doing more weight training which I'm enjoying and hoping it will start to show in the form of a nice toned arms...
Anyway I have no friends so all friends welcome, I'm in the UK and log on most days.
