I thought I remember hearing this and I hope it isn't true.
I've just dropped sugar out of my life and a few other things and am missing them. Nevertheless, I think it's wise to try this approach. So I'm wondering about spicing up my life with something else.

Spicy foods are generally accepted to do the opposite, plus the slight metabolism boost AND you eat them slower so you're less likely to overeat. Hot salsa is one of my best dieting friends.0
