New to the site, feel new to the world.

Hi everyone how are you?

I'm just a gal looking for motivation and some friends that can help ease this burden that is my weight lol. I use to hit the gym weekly .. had better energy levels and could fit in pretty dresses and be more ME but that's not happening anymore. It's a little heartbreaking to see how much I let myself fall physically and emotionally/personality wise. So I want to get back in shape and feel comfortable in my skin already. I been fighting some depressive moods for a while which doesn't help at all. I need the kick in the butt to get me back in the gym.. drink more water less soda (no soda would be heaven!! IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?!) .. eat less junk and more organic goods etc.

    My mom would absolutely adore you. She is a huge Koala fan and is instantly friends with anyone that is a fellow Koala lover.

    Best of luck on your journey. Take it slow, don't expect to change all at once. Pick one thing to try to improve and go from there. If you overdo it then you are less likely to stick with it in the long run.

    Hi I recently just got married and move to the USA .....I'm seeking female friends who I can chat with about diet plan, weight lost, etc. just looking to keep motivated with my weight goal.
