Small results, keep me going on!

I just finished 3 months of going hard at it - wanted to share my results! Weight has been incredibly slow - but that just goes to show - take measurements!!

Starting (2/27):
Weight: 154.6
Waist: 32.5 inches
Hips: 39.5 inches
Leg: 23.5 inches
Arm: 11.5 inches

6 Weeks In (4/3):
Weight: 151.2
Waist: 31 inches
Hips: 39 inches
Leg: 24 inches
Arm: 11 inches

12 Weeks In (5/15):
Weight: 149.2
Waist: 30.5 inches
Hips: 38.5 inches
Leg: 23 inches
Arm: 12 inches

After 12 weeks - I've lost:
5.4 lbs
2 inches off my waist
1 inch off my hips
half an inch off my leg (1 inch btwn week 6 and 12 though!)
added an inch in my arm (it's okay!)

Now it's time to keep going at it! :tongue:
