So this is my brand new account...i just decided to start completely 100% over.
I'm a runner mostly, but I'm trying to make myself do more strength exercises (routines that i can do at home with no equipment other than my own bodyweight - if you have any killer suggestions, please let me know!)
I also just took up dancing, at the age of 20. so i know ill probably never be good but its just fun :)
I follow a mostly vegan diet, but i have a weakness for pretty much all sweets...trying to kick that habit.
Overall I am here to just try and feel better about myself. I've been suffering from disordered eating, depression, and anxiety since I was in middle school. Having depression often makes it hard to take care of myself by exercising and feeding myself good healthy food. But I am going to try.
