    So there we all are! I'm from Manchester. I'm a regular logger and would love to link up with some people with similar goals. I've got about 50lb to go and I'm doing it by logging and trying to be more aware of food and exercise. I'd like to think I'm a supportive pal and really hope that we all get where we want to be.
