:bigsmile: Hi everyone! My name's Rachael and I joined to help me lose a little weight before I leave for Coast Guard basic training on December 14th! I'm really excited but also nervous. :/ Anyone with words of wisdom please share and good luck to all on getting healthy! :D

    Hi Rachael, welcome to the CG Family!
    I have been in for 24 yrs and I LOVE THE GUARD!
    I am a Senior Chief in Hawaii...I know rough duty right???
    Make sure you are ready to go for bootcamp...when it is time to go, set your jib and head straight into it!!!
