I have a trip I'm going to in 43 days so I've challenged myself to lose as much weight as I can in that time. My goal is actually 15 lbs, so any tips yall have would be great. Thanks =]

    lower your expectations.

    With less than 40lbs to lose in total 1lb a week is more than enough.

    you may have a big loss at first but that is water weight.

    As for how to, just stay in your goal
