So I have been doing SL 5x5 since Jan and have progressed quiet well , benching 30kgs, squatting 45kgs ,deads 95kgs. Usually after my 5x5 , I reduce my weights by half and then do more reps, my figure has changed so much(positively) and I love all the comments on my figure. Currently I want to increase my upper body routine because I want to improve that part of my body more. My question is should I increase my reps or weights for d physique I want. Is increasing my weights or reps going to give me mascular upper body i desire. Any suggestions? Tips?

There are some programs that do a set of 10 at lower weights after your main lifts (5/3/1 big but boring template for one), but they're more advanced programs. If you're still able to do stronglifts and are still progressing just stick with the 5x5 and let your body recover. You'll get there, it just doesn't happen overnight.0
