My morning eating routine........good?

Hey all, I'd like to lay out my morning routine and get some feedback. I get up at 5am for work. I leave by 530 and start at 6. In that time I do the shower/shave and get dressed routine. Then I make my lunch. I drink 2 cups of water on the drive. By 615 I've consumed a packet of instant oatmeal, and usually an apple or orange, and large black coffee. But then I don't have my "breakfast" until 830am. That almost always consists of 3 scrambled eggs, and some V8 juice. I'm just wondering if this is an ok timeline of eating. Should I change anything up? Add any types of foods? I also have my blender bottle of water with me, and it's empty by 830. All feedback is welcomed! Thanks!!

    What's good is that you shower, shave, get dressed and make lunch all in 30mins :drinker:

    I don't see any issue with the time line. If that timeline of eating works for you and gets you the results you need then stick with it.
