Change of eating= immediately feel the difference

I hear all the time that once you change your eating so it is healthier, you tend to feel "the difference" pretty quickly.

Has that been the case for you? How do you feel different?

I have been eating differently for about 4 weeks now, logging daily, and have lost about 10 pounds. I don't really feel any differently other than a little bit of excitement about watching the scale number go down.

Would love to hear how any of you feel differently.
