Lactose Free on the 17 Day Diet

I'm lactose intolerance and am starting the 17 day diet but it suggests a lot of yogurts can I replace them with like soy yogurt? And the same with fat-free cheeses? I use daiya cheeses and a lot of vegan things (I am not vegan though just buy some of those products because I know they are dairy free). But is it ok to substitue those things? Thanks!
